Handling Defective Equipment & Construction Materials

In case your purchase arrives with manufacturing faults or does not perform as advertised, do reach out to us without hesitation. We take responsibility for items damaged during production or transit. To expedite replacements or refunds, please send us high-resolution photos showing the defect, such as missing parts, visible flaws, or faulty components. Pictures should be taken on a flat surface with tags clearly visible, ensuring clarity for swift evaluation.

Generally, we won’t require you to return the faulty product. These images help us enhance our quality control processes to prevent future issues.

Please be aware that this warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not extend to damages caused by accidental drops, mishandling, normal wear and tear, fading due to sunlight, or unauthorized modifications.

This coverage also follows the 14-day window from receipt. After this period, refunds or replacement claims may not be available.

Delivery Delays & Missing Orders

If your order exceeds the scheduled delivery timeframe, you are eligible to request either a full refund or a new shipment. Contact us with your order details, and we will prioritize your case to resolve the issue swiftly.

Important: Claims must be submitted within 60 days of placing your order. After this period, tracking data may expire, limiting our ability to assist. Refunds, once processed, typically take 3–10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
